1. Who we are

2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. If we can't fill it — stock sold out, a pricing error, or a supplier allocation we didn't receive — we'll tell you promptly and refund you in full.
3. Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Your tax invoice is attached to your order confirmation.
Prices can change without notice, but never after we've accepted your order.
4. Sealed trading card products
Please read this section carefully — it is the part most often misunderstood.
Sealed trading card products (booster boxes, booster packs, collector boxes, commander decks and similar) contain randomly assorted cards. Neither we nor the manufacturer can tell you which cards are inside a sealed product before it is opened.
That means:
- We cannot guarantee any particular card, rarity, foil, serial number or resale value in any sealed product.
- Pull rates are set by the manufacturer, not by us. A box that yields fewer valuable cards than you hoped is not a faulty box.
- Once a sealed product is opened, it cannot be returned for change of mind — see our returns policy.
Your rights if a product is genuinely faulty — miscollated, water-damaged, missing cards from a sealed pack — are unaffected. See section 7.
5. Pre-orders
Some products are sold ahead of the manufacturer's release date.
- The release date is set by the manufacturer and can move. If it does, we'll let you know.
- We charge at the time of order unless the product page says otherwise.
- You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
- If our supplier allocation is cut and we can't fill your pre-order, we'll refund you in full.
6. Purchase limits
Popular releases are allocated to us in limited quantities. We may limit the number of units per customer or per household so that as many people as possible get a fair go. If an order breaches a limit, we'll contact you before cancelling any part of it.
7. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they aren't of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
8. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your card details.
9. Delivery
See our shipping page for options, costs and dispatch times. You can have your order posted, or collect it from our Raymond Terrace shop at no charge. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or on collection.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 7, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned.
11. Intellectual property
Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Other product names and logos are the property of their respective owners. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer or publisher whose products we sell.
Our own site content, photography and text remain our property.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
